• Eligibility for Returns: Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety standards, breast pumps and related accessories cannot be returned if opened or used, unless the product is defective upon delivery.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

• Refund Method: Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Exchange Option: Exchanges are only possible if the item is defective or damaged at the time of delivery.
